Shipping policy

The prices displayed in the online shop do not include shipping costs for packaging and postage. The shipping costs for a delivery are calculated dynamically during the ordering process and displayed in the shopping cart overview before ordering.

Please note:Deliveries to Packstations are only possible for DHL shipments up to 60x35x35 cm. Shipments via DPD, GLS, UPS and bulky items cannot therefore be delivered to packing stations.

The goods will be delivered via shipping to the delivery address provided by you.


Delivery times DHL standard

When delivered to Germany , items that can be delivered with DHL Standard will be with you within approx. 2-4 working days. The goods will be delivered via shipping to the delivery address provided by you.

When delivering to Austria , items that can be delivered with DHL Standard will reach you within approx. 2-5 working days.

For delivery to the rest of European countries, items that can be delivered with DHL Standard will reach you within approx. 2-6 working days.

For delivery to the remaining countries, items that can be delivered with DHL Standard will reach you within approx. 5-14 working days.


DHL Express

When delivered with DHL Express, deliverable items will be with you within approx. 1-2 working days. Delivery only takes place Monday to Friday. Express delivery can only be guaranteed if the order is received by 12 p.m. (Monday to Thursday). Delivery within Germany is guaranteed to reach you on the next working day (except Saturday) for orders placed by 12 p.m.

Bulky goods shipping via DPD

For bulky goods delivery, deliverable items will be with you within 1-3 working days. Please note that if you return bulky items, you may incur significant additional costs. If you would like to receive exact prices for a return in advance, please contact us at info@maginon.de . Please note that DPD delivery is not possible to DHL post offices and DHL Packstations.

Delivery to PACKSTATION

Notification via email/SMS or via push notification in your DHL app about shipment receipt. Suitable for shipments up to 60x35x35 cm. Larger shipments will be redirected to a nearby branch. Shipments up to a maximum of 31.5 kg can be placed in the packing station. Please note that delivery to a packing station is only possible via DHL.

UPS standard

When delivered with UPS standard   Items that can be delivered will reach you within approx. 1-2 working days. Please note that UPS delivery is not possible to DHL post offices and DHL Packstations.
